Albertha Charles is PwC Asset & Wealth Management Leader in the UK. A Partner at PwC since 2014, Albertha has more than 20 years’ experience in Financial Services. Albertha is a CFA Charterholder, qualified accountant and holds an MBA.

As Asset and Wealth Management Leader for PwC, Albertha is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the business, enhancing client and industry relationships, driving thought leadership and bringing the best of PwC to help clients deliver sustained outcomes and solve their most important problems.

Albertha also provides advisory services to a broad range of UK and global clients, helping them understand and assess the value of their businesses, the implications of potential strategic options as well as the opportunities for value creation and growth.

Albertha is passionate about creating more equitable and inclusive workplaces. She was a member of PwC’s Partner Diversity Council for seven years, and was also Chair of the PwC Staff Diversity Council. Outside of PwC, she is a member of the Business in the Community (BITC) Race Equality Leadership Board and a member of the Advisory Board of 10,000 Black Interns.

In further recognition of her commitment to diversity, Albertha has been listed in Empower Top 100 Ethnic Minority Senior Executives lists for the last five years and was voted Financial Services Leader of the year 2017 at the Black British Business Awards. She was also recognised in Brumell’s 30 Inspirational Women in the City 2019, Green Park Top 100 ethnic leaders Lists and in Cranfield University’s Women to Watch 2019 list.
