Binta Drave is a seasoned impact investment professional with deep expertise in both private and public equities, as well as sustainability. She currently leads impact investing and sustainability at M&G Private Equity and Real Assets. Prior to this, Binta served as an investment manager at British International Investment (formerly CDC Group) and as an Investment Principal for Africa and the Middle East at Blakeney Management.

Binta’s career also includes a distinguished track record as an award-winning equity research analyst, with a focus on frontier markets. She holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, Oxford University, where she has been actively involved in the Business Schools for Climate Leadership (BS4CL) forum. Additionally, Binta advises and invests in early-stage businesses globally and co-chaired the Investment Committee of Marula Square, an impact VC fund founded by Oxford University students.
