Buki is an Executive Coach with a focus on providing Inclusion Coaching particularly in relation to Race Action plans, and leadership coaching to professionals of African heritage.

Educated in Nigeria and the UK, Buki started her career at EY, London where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. Prior to re-training and transitioning to full time coaching, she spent 15 years in her corporate career as a UK and International Tax Specialist, working with global brands in the Natural Resources sectors.

Now, as an Executive coach, Buki runs inclusion workshops for leaders to educate and support them in building ethnically diverse and inclusive teams.
