Caroline is a Fund Manager at Wesleyan, a UK Mutual. She manages the Wesleyan UK Equity Growth Fund and the mixed-asset Life Managed Fund. Caroline has had a successful 30-year career in managing investment funds and leading teams.

She began her career as a desk assistant at Prudential Portfolio Managers and later worked as an analyst at Cavendish Asset Management before becoming a Fund Manager for their European assets, a role she held for over 20 years.

Caroline is also a strong advocate for Diversity and Inclusion and has been the CFA UK Black Professionals Working Group Chair since its establishment in 2021.  She is also an Ambassador for the Diversity Project.
