Dail St. Claire, Nasdaq Board Director, VGAS, is a 25-year CIO and Allocator focused on advancing a global sustainable economy. She began her career managing assets for NYC's $240Bn pension fund, managing the first public pension emerging manager program in the US and the pension fund's equity portfolio. Upon leaving NYC, Dail St. Claire co-founded Williams Capital, the largest women and minority-owned broker-dealer investment bank in the US today. She was a leading utility banker and launched Williams Capital's mutual funds and high-yield business. Today Ms. St. Claire is Chief Investment Officer, Aurivos, a family office focused on energy and climate tech. She advises Aurivos' portfolio companies, co-leading the Nasdaq-listing of Bluescape Clean Fuels in February 2023 and co-leading Zerosix's Blockchain-based carbon credit distribution. After exiting Williams Capital, Dail St. Claire was appointed Financial Advisor, Episcopal Endowment and Foundation and to the Investment Advisory Committee, NYS Common Retirement Fund, where she focused on the Sustainability and Climate portfolio. She also formed a management consulting firm, St. Claire Consultants. Completed projects: ' Design a global digital asset banking platform in London, UK ' Advise Amalgamated Bank as Chief Strategist for their sustainability investment funds ' Advise the Founders of PKS, a $200Bn RIA, and co-led the firm's acquisition and integration. She also introduced the integration of ESG in their asset allocation models. Dail St. Claire is a certified running and fitness coach who assists challenged athletes through the Achilles Foundation. She holds a BA in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California, San Diego, and an MA in Public Policy with a concentration in Business from the University of Chicago.
