Daouii is director of sustainable investments, EMEA where she leads Wellington’s sustainability efforts in EMEA. In her role, she is focused on driving growth of Wellington’s SI capabilities, including the development of sustainability led engagement plans for clients, prospects and consultants.

Prior to joining Wellington, Daouii was the head of ESG and sustainable finance at Channel Capital Advisors, a UK based credit manager. In this role, she was responsible for implementing channel’s ESG framework and driving the sustainability finance strategy across the group, working with clients to develop and execute new ESG and sustainable financing solutions. She was a member of the firm’s Leadership and Risk Committee.

Daouii serves as vice-chair, board member for the Prince’s Trust RISE, and is a member of the World Economic Forum, Royal Society of Arts, and a senior advisor at the International Economic Forum of the Americas. She holds an honours BA in political science (focused on political economics) from the University of Toronto.
