Based in London,Jason works for Investment Manager Wellington Management. As a Talent Development and Executive Coaching professional, Jason is focused on developing the professional and soft skills of talent within the firm through customised programmes.

Described by many as respectful, earnest, attentive, calm and grounded, he is committed to helping clients make positive and sustainable change through a deeper knowledge of self. He assists leaders in discovery and enhancement of the attributes and competencies needed to excel and boost performance.

For over twenty years Jason has held numerous positions within the Investment Management industry, including roles in Client Services, Fixed Income Trading and most recently Talent Management and Development. His skills range from thought partner to strategic planner and he also project manages and facilitates short courses.
