Karina is Product Manager for Performance and Analytics and Asset Owner Private Markets at State Street, responsible for strategic client solutions and business development for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. ​She sits on State Street UK Credit and Market Risk Committee as ex-officio. 

In her specialist roles, she works with clients and prospects across segments to understand their investment analytics and private markets’ needs, share best practices, promote thought leadership, and identify ways to best leverage State Street’s solutions. Her role also includes new product generation and existing product enhancements. State Street provides investment analytics services to over 450 asset owners, asset managers, and insurance companies with assets over $11 trillion (as of September 2023). ​

Prior to her product management role, Karina  held various leadership roles in Investment Analytics, including pioneering the North America analytics business development team, managing operations teams of performance analysts, and overseeing client service for top-tiered North American and Offshore institutional investors. ​

In addition, Karina has held community leadership roles in Canada and internationally including a financial inclusion assignment spanning three West African countries. She currently manages State Street’s partnership with Black Women in Asset Management with the goal to increase diverse representation across the industry. ​ 

Karina earned an Executive Master’s in Public Administration from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Newbury College. She is a CFA charter holder and a member of the UK CFA Society. ​
