Kirkie Maswoswe is an M&A partner in Goodwin Procter’s Technology group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder activism defense, financial advisory representations, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Kirkie has represented clients across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on technology and life sciences. Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Kirkie was an investment banker in the TMT group at Goldman Sachs, where she advised companies in the technology sector.

Kirkie earned a BA in Economics from Harvard College, as well as a JD from Harvard Law School and an MBA from Harvard Business School. At Harvard Law School, she was a senior editor of the Harvard Law Review.
