Ruth Heron is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) with a master's degree in human resource leadership. She is a qualified Coach and Mentor, known for her authentic, impactful, and driven approach to professional development.

As a published author and Managing Director of her own Executive Coaching and Consultancy business, Ruth has carved a niche in the industry with her extensive expertise. She also serves as an Executive Coach with Kenroi Diversity Consulting, contributing to their recent accolade, the Global Award for Diversity and Inclusion Consultancy 2022/23, which was based on her coaching programme for the network for black women leaders within the Women's Resource Centre. This has led to five successful cohorts, over three years.

Ruth offers a diverse range of programs, including her signature 3R program for career rejuvenation tailored for women over 40 and Black women leaders. Her services encompass Executive Coaching, individual and team coaching, online self-development challenges, Masterclasses on key leadership topics, individual diagnostics with feedback and development planning, as well as comprehensive team, management, and leadership development.
